Cancellation Policy

Next Level Soccer School – Membership Policy & Waiver By purchasing this membership, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or the parent or legal guardian of the participating student. If I am enrolling a minor, I give permission for my child to participate in all soccer training sessions and related activities offered by Next Level Soccer School. I acknowledge that participation in sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, physical contact, and other injuries. On behalf of myself and my child, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Next Level Soccer School, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation, except where prohibited by applicable law. I certify that my child is physically able to participate in soccer activities and that I will inform Next Level Soccer School of any relevant medical conditions or restrictions. By purchasing this membership, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and the full Waiver and Release of Liability.
